NAIROBI, Kenya Apr 26 – On April 11, 2023, we published an article indicating that the Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK) was investigating Pembe Flour Mills Limited for alleged abuse of buyer power.
We take this early opportunity to clarify that the article was erroneous since the investigations involved Britania Foods Limited and the complaint was withdrawn and the investigations closed.
We apologize to Pembe Flour Mills Limited for the wrong impression the article created.
