NAIROBI, Kenya, Nov 2 – The Nairobi Chief Magistrate’s court has issued an arrest warrant against Former Lamu Senator Anuar Loitiptip who refused to present himself before police or court.
Senior Principal Magistrate Dolphina Alego issued the warrant after the prosecution said that the accused has been evading arrest and cannot be traced.
The former Senator is wanted to answer criminal charges relating to making false document and uttering the same.
The prosecution said that the accused is also wanted to answer charges of obtaining money by false pretense.
