Genghis investment app G-Kuze down, working on restoration

NAIROBI, Kenya, Jan 10 – Investment bank Genghis Capital is working to restore its online investment platform that is experiencing some challenges.

In a statement, the firm said that its G-Kuze app is currently unavailable for android users.

G-Kuze allows investors to register, move funds, trade as well as interact with the company digitally from around the world.

“This is to inform you that services on G-Kuze app for Android are currently unavailable,” Genghis said.

“However, we are working to restore functionality as quickly as possible and will inform you of the same,” it added.

Nonetheless, share trading is still available on the Online Share Trading Platform (OST) on laptop or desktop.

“In the interim, share trading is available via the Online Share Trading Platform

(OST) on laptop or desktop: https://bit.ly/GenghisOST,” the investment company said.

“If you have not registered to use the OST, kindly use the following guide to set up your profile: https://bit.ly/OSTGuide,” it stated.

“For Gencap Hela Imara money market fund, you may transact using *895#.”
