NAIROBI, Kenya, June 14 – Kenya Airways (KQ) has expanded its loyalty program, which will see more customers enjoy more rewards.
The ‘Asante Rewards Loyalty Program’ will offer flyers four tiers of rewards, allowing them to grow their points.
They are silver, ruby, gold, and platinum.
“This Loyalty Program is a perfect step towards turning around the fortunes of Kenya Airways in the promising journey of making it competitive in the global aviation sector,” Transport Cabinet Secretary (CS) Kipchumba Murkomen said.
The CS added that the government is working with the KQ’s board and management, together with destination countries, on current challenges with revenue repatriations from abroad.
“Asante Rewards is a unique African product created from years of research, customer feedback and best practices from across the globe. Kenya Airways is proud to introduce Africa’s most awaited loyalty program,” KQ CEO Allan Kivaluka said.
